about

Brett and I never got around to recording this song, which is ironic, as it was one of the better-sounding tunes during preliminary rehearsals, as we were able to cover the four-part vocals and trumpet part with Jay and Ken's assistance.

Unlike the other Rogue Tortoise lyrics, this song's lyric has some personal meaning, as the song was essentially a stiff middle finger to my recently former girlfriend at the time. It was also a song of hope for the rekindling of a lost relationship with a woman who's name is buried in the song's repeated lyric.
